Hey all. Funny thing happened today. I started listenting to japanese rock (l'arc en ciel, FLOW in particular) and i've found a couple things out!
1. it is actually pretty good. (If you can get over the fact you can't understand the words - i'm talking the music itself, and the flow of it, as such)
2. I like it. (wierd i know)
3. Ihe way they put together thier music over there is totally whacky and cool.

I agree mate. I love JRock and JPop really. Not knowing the words doesn't really bother me... I mean, a lot of songs go so fast or you only hear once off that you can't remember what's being said or what the song is about anyway!
ReplyDeleteWeirdest stuff I've heard out of Japan is something called Joousamamonogatari. Basically some Japanese guy singing English songs in Japanese. Found it quite odd and strange.
